Do you ship outside the USA?
Yes. We ship all over the world.
How long does it take?
Please allow 2-5 business days. At times less, at times a little more. Orders are shipped the same day. International orders arrive 5-7 days after shipping and may take as much as 10 days on rare occasion.
Why is shipping and handling so expensive?
Shipping and handling costs include domestic and international 1st class postage rates as well as shipping materials. Not to mention processing by real live humans here at world headquarters. Every calculation is based on Einstein's theory of relativity E=mc2
My friend lives off the grid in a bunker far from town and other people- Will you take a check in the mail for a CD order?
First of all, we're all envious of your friend here at HQ but, that's another story. Please tell your friend Yes! $15.00 will cover the CD and Shipping is $5 up to quantity of 2. Let us know which title and how many then make the check payable to Jeff Black, send it to Jeff Black/Lotos Nile Music, P.O. Box 90245, Nashville, TN 37209. Tell your friend to be very patient.

I ordered the wrong item - what do I do?
Don't open it. Send it back and we'll fix you up. If it's autographed and or already opened then you'll have to check with your conscience. If It's unopened, send it back and we'll fix you up. If we messed up, then we'll gladly eat crow.
Formats
Is Jeff's music available in Vinyl?
Apparently. Our detectives have found that through some sort of top secret deal that you can order Tin Lily as custom made 7" singles or the complete album from Bluerose Records out of Germany.
We've tried contacting them and haven't heard back yet. We think it's through Dualtone who has the licensing on that title until summer 2012. Sounds cool. Let us know if you get one.
I don't have iTunes. How do I download Jeff's music?
Our friends at Bandcamp have figured out the quandry of format. Through any album link on this site you can find Jeff's music is available in MP3 (320, VBR), Ogg Vorbis, Apple Lossless, FLAC and AAC (aka .m4a or iTunes store format)

Why should I buy directly from the artist?
That age old question can only be answered by a spiritual quest or a pilgrimage to another dimension.
I can buy Jeff's albums cheaper at Amazon and digital downloads cheaper at iTunes. What should I do?
